I cant change the music quality to High

Im a new prenium user. I use a android phone. I tried to resest the cache, re install Spotify. It wont work. I want to downlowad music in the higher quality possible.

Those options are greyed out because you are connected to you PC. Switch back to play through android and the options will become available.
