I cant like or unlike songs on mobile

My Question or Issue

I cant seem to like or unlike songs on my mobile. When I try to like a song nothing happens when I try to unlike a song it will ask me if I am sure then when I hit ok it will says removed but it won't remove it. I can like or unlike songs on my laptop and xbox but if I do so it will not update on my phone and vise versa. I have tried restart my phone clear the cache in app and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Not really sure what else I can do to fix this.

Can you try to Log out Everywhere from your account page. After that perform a clean reinstall of the app, following the exact steps in this Spotify Answer and log back in only on your phone.
