I didnt get my 30 days free trial on my first month of going premium

I was shown an offer by spotify the official website, to try a 30 days free trial. I clicked, it then let me to a page where I have to pay a month to start the trial. I assume that's what it is. So I did. I payed February 21st 2017. if my trial really happened, my account would expire 2 months after. It turns out that my account was expired today. a month after. this means that my 30 days free trial was never really there. Is the 30 days trial free really exist? If yes. how do I get it?

Hello loloevelyn which device did you try to get the free trial on? (Android, Pc,Console) and if nothing works try to write to the spotify support on twitter at @Spotifycares and you should get a response within 2 days (usual answer rate)

on android. and is there any other way for me to contact spotify? I don't have any twitter account
