Truncated playlist using shuffle on Chromecast

Apologies if this has been covered before. I did look, but my specs my need cleaning.

I'm generally happy with Spotify shuffle, but recently, I've been finding that when I connect to Chromecast, the list changes and is replaced with a much narrower choice - generally all one artist. This is clearly a new thing - it was fine just three or four days ago. Presumably down to the latest regressive upgrade to the Android app.

Any suggestions?
