If you're seeing a double charge, we'd first recommend checking the status of the payments on your bank statement. If the payment shows as pending or processing, this is a temporary authorization charge made by your payment provider and it will be refunded. 

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following the steps in this support article. You can also reach out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to take a look at your payments and provide further info about them in case you still have doubts.
