As already mentioned in your other topic by @Peter__ , please follow the steps below:

1. Please make sure you're logged out. Then go to the password reset page.
2. If you get redirected to your online profile, you're still logged in. Please log out.
3. Return to the password reset page, and you should be able to get an new password.
