I actually did selected the types I want, I attach photo of the link you've attached
I've checked everything, that notificaions is allowed both on phone settings and in app settings but nothing works. Also tried to uninstall app and deleting every file related to the app in my phone, installed again, but still no success.
Can you please try to help me solve it?

I did test it on a different phone (Galaxy S22) and did not get any notifications, now I switched to the Galaxy S24 and still nothing.
I don't remember if it worked before to be honest, I do remember there was a weird notification two-three years ago when I started my phone of "Spotify is trying to play..." Or something like that, but I couldn't remove it no matter what I tried, one day it didn't happen anymore.
I don't get email notifications as well when I think about it now, there is no rule of blocking and it's not in spam folder , I did search now for emails from Spotify and I did get some in 2020-2021.

Thanks for getting back to us.
We weren't able to replicate this issue and it looks like all your notification settings are correct, so we think it might be isolated to your specific account. In this case, what you can do is to create a new account and try with that for a couple of weeks and if it works fine there, you can reach out to our Support team and ask them to transfer all your content to the new account. If you have Premium, you can cancel it and then re-subscribe on the new account.
We understand that this is not ideal, so if you don't want to do that, we suggest that you keep the app and the OS of your device up to date for now, to avoid missing out on any improvements/fixes in the future.

thank you for the reply. I do keep my OS and my spotify app up-to-date so it's not that for sure.
I will definitely try the first solution you suggested. Hoping its that issue and not other thing. I will write again in a week or so after being a while with the new account.

In the meantime, you can also try changing the battery settings for the Spotify app to Unrestricted and see if that helps.
