This is getting incredibly annoying! I'm paying for a service I can't use. At its also ridiculous you folks at spotify don't have a number to call!? That's pretty pathetic

It sounds like you are not getting the premium benefits.

 

Sign into your account page and make sure it says premium:

My account overview still says I'm on free but yet I got charged March 14 from **bleep**ing Stockholm!! Neither link helped me! This is ridiculous I want this fixed right **bleep**ing now! why don't you have a phone number to call!

Two months your company has robbed me!

I am sorry to hear about your problem.

 

I do not work at Spotify. I am a Spotify user that volunteers to help people with problems they have.

 

Spotify has good intentions and does not want to rob you.

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you fix the problem.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Why don't they have a phone number? It's one of the most practical ways of customer support out there! I've already did the email thing sseveral days ago! No reply!

Massively frustrating experience more then anything I think I'll just end my subscription but that's even difficult to figure out! Want to know why people steal music? Because even when they legitimately want to use products as such they get **bleep**ed around so bad why wouldn't people just torrent download?

I can't delete my subscription because it says I'm using free!! This is literal internet robbery!

Spotify does not offer support over the phone.

 

Email support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
