App wont load my local data anymore!

The Spotify App on Android wont play all of my songs anymore so i went online to download them AGAIN and now it wont download all of them (witch it had before..) the tutorial to download local files on your smartphone wont work eather ... Why? just why... it worked before and NO i dont havent enough space on my phone!

I can't add local files either. I'm too new to the app to notice differences between the upgrades, but I can't see why you cant add local files with the app when you can with the Windows version. Really annoying to say the least.
