I've been hacked

  • I've been using Spotify for a while now, but ever since about 2 weeks ago, someone has been getting into my account playing their own music while I'm trying to listen to mine. It's really frustrating because Spotify is basically unusable now for me because whatever song i play, it  gets paused and changed to a Spanish song, and I have to re-download the songs from my playlists everyday. I've deleted the many playlists that this person has created too. I have done the whole "log out everywhere" bs, but that doesn't work. I've also changed my password numerous times, but that doesn't work either. PLEASE help me out, I just want to enjoy Spotify like I used to.
