Imported MP3 files, extreme low volume.

Hi,

I imported some Mp3 files on my computer, and when I added them to a playlist and downloaded these playlists on my android phone. The volume and quality of these imported songs turned out to be really low compared with non imported songs. And i already turned the option "set the same volume for all songs" on and this does not solve anything. And my computer does not exhibit this at all.

Why is this? And is there a way to fix this?

Are you using the equaliser? If so, try turning it off to see if that makes a difference.

If you transfer those songs to your phone outside of Spotify, do they sound the same in the default audio player?

the mp3 files themself sound like  normal on the phone.
