Inbox notifications

Is there no way to get notifications on Spotify Android when someone sends something to my inbox?

Seems like an obvious feature.

Someone will send me something and I won't find out about it for days until I open Spotify on my desktop.

Hey 🙂 

It is because the current mobile applications lack Spotify social features. Hopefully, these will all be included when the new applications launch at some point in the near future 🙂

I've always had that issue, never received alerts when friends would send songs/playlists to my inbox.

Now my inbox is'nt updating at all, and I'm not receiving anything.

Any suggestions?

This can happen if you've restored a backup of the app or for some reason the service has become disabled. A clean install normally corrects this.
