Is there any app for running spotify premium offline music in Android Wear?

I have an sony smartwatch 3 and i'm using Google Music to listen to my favorite playlist when i'm running.

Google music upload selected playlist to listen offline from the watch using my sport bluetooth buds.

Is there anything similar for Spotify? Let's asume this is for a premium subscription.

You can save offline playlists with a premium subscription, but only to the phone.. not a watch.

Therefore you must carry your phone with you in order to listen to the tracks (you can control the Spotify app via the watch though)
