Já paguei 3 vezes e não ativa o Premium

Me ajudem, já coloquei meu cartão para pagar 3 vezes, cobrou 10 reais três vezes e não ativa minha conta Premium! O que eu faço? Nao acho nenhum contato direto com o Spotify

Please get in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this: 

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
