Just lost my entire offline collection!!!

Nice. Tried to play my offine albums and nothing showed up. All gone. Took me a week to download those albums. No way I am going through that hassle again. Getting really fed up with Spotify. Have been on premium for a few months but thinking it's time to go to Tidal. And every time I check my streaming quailty, it reverts back from extreme to standard. What a mess this app is.

Hooked up my player to the PC to see if the storage space was still showing that I had downloaded all those albums. Nope. All 20 gigs that were previously showing in the android/spotify folder were now gone. The folder was back to 100 kb size.

So, downloading for offline can no longer be trusted and I have to stick with wifi streaming. That was the ONE reason I signed up for premium. How do I contact Spotify help?
