Why can't I seem to find the directory in which Spotify saves offline data?

Why can't I manually change this directory?

Why is synching such pain in the ass? I always have to look if it's not just stopped again and restart the download manually.

Why is my phone crashing permanently since I synched some GB of music?

Why does the app show offline playlists sometimes and sometimes not?

Why can't I access my local music via the Spotify app?

Why does Spotify synch offline playlists when i was on 3G, even if I told it not to do this in the options?
