Latest update on 4 october, break spotify on my samsung a14 5G

I have random crash

Some times i open the app and click on libray a few sec later, the app just crash

I cant open my episode, it never load, just spinning, and black screen

Samsung show

High battery usage

This app crash a lot, lets hibernate the app

Spotify support told me to buy a new phone

Their update broke the app

And my phone is just a few months old

Could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried? 

First up, we suggest that you run a clean reinstall of the app on your phone  to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

If this doesn't do the trick, it's a good idea to exclude the app from any Battery optimization software that might be active on your smartphone. 

Lastly, could you check if the OS of your phone has any pending updates?

I updated Spotify on the 4 oktober

And all the problem started

Reinstalled Spotify around 9-10 times

Gone from around 25000 episode to under 19000, still not loading on my phone

Their are no update to my phone or google play update

The next update should arrive in december, update are released every 3 months
