Liking a song from the radio not working on Android Auto

My Question or Issue

As of a few weeks ago none of the songs I give a thumbs up in Android Auto actually go into my "Like from Radio" playlist. I've rebooted my phone. Logged off of spotify and logged back in. Force stopped both Android Auto and Spotify. Nothing seems to work. What really sucks is that I have 5 songs that I like that I have no idea what they were and I can't find them in any of my playlists. Any ideas?

With Spotify in Android Auto, you can:

• ​Listen to albums, artists, songs, and playlists from Your Music
• Play Spotify Radio
• Browse new releases

Could you please confirm:

1. Is there an issue liking a song directly from the app?
2. Has liking songs from Android Auto worked before?

Liking a song from within the spotify application works just fine. The problem is only with Spotify in Android Auto. If I give a song a "thumbs up" the "thumbs up" will stay checked throughout my android auto session. But if I go into my Liked Songs on the Radio playlist they will never show up. It worked fine as of a month ago. I have to believe this is a bug and if other people try it they'll have the same problem.
