Local Files songs are "not availabl" on my phone.

I used to be able to play local files on my phone not too long ago,

but I tried everything but can't play the songs in my phone.

I tried deselecting and reselecting everything in the Local Files tabs, deleting and adding the songs back on, and I also tried going offline then going online.
