Local file song, wont play on my android

I've download a song to my PC, got it over via local files on my spotify on my PC.

My PC and phone is connected, but the song is just gray on my phone and not able to be played. My pc and phone is not connected via wifi as my pc dosent have a wifi connection, is that my problem, and if so can i get around that?
