Hi,
i have the problem that local music files from my desktop are not available on my smartphone. I added a few songs from the 'local files' folder to one of my playlist. If i restart spotify on my smartphone (android), the playlist shows the songs but the text is dark grey and if i tap on them i get 'This song is not available'. If i toogle the 'Download' switch, every other songs is downloaded besides the local songs from my desktop! I also reinstalled the app but nothing helps!

Connect to the wifi where your desktop. Add the songs to a playlist and on your mobile sync them so you can listen to them on the go.
My smartphone and my desktop are in the same wifi network. And i did everything as it is described here: https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/collect_music/listen-to-local-files/
But it still doesn't work.
