Local files not transferring to phone

Hi 

I have a macbook pro and a galaxy S8 in which i listen to spotify premium from! However, one thing I cant seem to do is to transfer the local files on my macbook to my phone. I am on the same wifi network and have logged in and out of spotify on my android device and I keep getting the "still downloading" error as seen on the linked picture. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, that would be appreciated!

Please try reopen both app on pc and iPhone.

Did not work I reinstalled and reopened on both devices but thank you for the idea. Any other suggestions?

No worry!
Have you tried to re-add source and reopen app? A reinstall may help in some cases.
Also please make sure update your app version to the latest one.
If you still experiencing the problem, I may pass your case to the right team.

Yup I've tried both and this issue has not been solved!

Please make sure the devices' firmware is up-to-date. More, you should logged into same account on both devices. At the same time, please add local files to another playlist and try again. Let me know how it goes.
