Cannot find Spotify on Google Play Store on Samsung Galaxy S5!

Cant download locan files to my phone anymore

As the tite states I can no longer do this, I do all the steps corectly and have the same wifi conected to the phone and computer. When I try to download the song to my phone it shows up grey and unable to play, can someone please help me.

Samsung s7 edge just randomly restarting while listening to spotify.

so, whenever i listen to music on spotify, my phone will just randomly restart(complete shutdown and startup) for no reason at all. tried to factory reset my phone twice now without any results really upsetting as i use spotify at least 5hrs a day.
