Login error

I have a new phone and when trying to login via either email or Facebook it keeps telling me that the account already exists.

Which account do you want to log in with? Spotify or Facebook? If Facebook can you try clicking sign up and then tap Facebook and see if it let's you in?

I have tried the Sign Up to at several times but with no success either. The is thinking a bit longer but then it ends with an error message saying something like "we have problems at the moment try again later".
I want to logg in with my premium account that I think is connected to both my Gmail and Facebook, eg it doesn't matter how I log in, I only want to use what I am already paying for...

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
