Login problem

Since yesterday I cant log in on my samsung s7 edge. Every time I try phone says you dont have facebook lonked with spotify but im logging in with spotify credentials and i never ever have facebook linked with spotify. I uninstalled app many times, clear cache etc. Any advice? On other device everything works well

Nobody? No customer service here? It is paid subscription so somebody should resolve our problems...

That error normally occurs if you are trying to log in with an email address instead of your spotify user name. You can check your username on this page.
