My Question or Issue

Hace un tiempo, cambié de Spotify free a un plan premium para universitarios. Luego de cambiarlo a un plan Spotify dúo, las letras de las canciones dejaron de aparecer. Ya borre el caché, cerré el inicié sesión dos veces, eliminé la app y nada funciona. ¿Alguien sabe por qué pasa esto y cómo solucionarlo?

We hope you don't mind us answering in English, as it's the official language of the Community. The Lyrics feature is still in it's test phase and access to it is not universal yet. You can try to create a new account with a different e-mail address or through Facebook and check if you can see the Lyrics feature on it. If it works on the new account you can copy your playlists from the old account using the steps here.
