Missed files after restarting my samsung glaxy s3

Hi, i have a problem with my downloaded music. The files are now at my micro sd card (SanDisk 64GB). After restarting i have to download all files again. How can I fix the problem. Thank you for your help. 🙂

Hello @koerneseb, Welcome to the community! 🙂

If by "restarting" you mean resetting (deleting) all the files on your phone/SD card, unfortunately their is no way to recover the files 😞

If you meant simply restarting the phone, the files shouldn't have disappeared and should still be on your SD card, maybe try restarting the phone again? 

Also do you have an active premium account? If not that is most likely the reason the files disepeared 🙂
