Changing playlist download location

Hey guys, I have an 8gb phone with a 32gb SD card. I'm trying to get my playlists to save to the 32gb card, but every time I restart the download it saves to my phone by default. Is there a workaround for this?

spotify pauses every time I lock my phone.
