Music Stops in the middle of a song.

My Question or Issue

 The music stops itself. I have to click play again but it happens after 3 or 4 songs. Besides, I can't see the controller on the top to stop or resume music. I have to go to the app and click play there. The first time I play music it appears but after the first stop it disappears. Quite annoying to keep going to the app to resume music. I tried all combination of settings but nothing helps a little. Not sure if it is for the app or the mobile. It is a new one and there could be incompatibilities?

Is there an error message?

I would suggest you sign out, sign back in again. If that doesn’t work- follow these steps: 

1. Restart the device
2. Do a clean install - uninstall the app, then reinstall the app

I reinstalled the app and it is working well for the last days. I didn't expect it to be that easy.
