Could you let us know if you're not able to listen to any albums or if this happens with only one specific album? Also, we'd like to know what exactly happens when you're trying to listen to them. 

On another note, does this happen across devices or only on your phone? Additionally, would you mind checking if the same happens while using a different internet connection?
