Cant play Albums, downloaded or online

Hi I have been using Spotify premium for some time, mainly on my Android phone..

Unfortunately in the last 2-3 weeks  I haven't been able to load or play any albums.

I can Search  online and view my library and the albums are listed but if I click on the the album the screen stays blank and I get a revolving green circle, like its trying to load the album but can't/doesn't.

I can play individual songs, online and also playlist online as well as ones I have created with songs from downloaded albums. 

I have tried the following (some of these multiple times) ;

* Clearing the app Cache, and also the app data 

* Logging out of the app and logging back in 

* Re starting the phone

* Uninstalling the app, rebooting and reinstalling the app.

I have enough storage space and free memory on my device and my operating system is up to date. My phone's Operating system is EMUI 9.1.0,

We see that you've done some extensive troubleshooting already, you've done amazing! Sorry to hear about your issue, let's troubleshoot this together shall we. 

You mentioned you've uninstalled the app, but we would recommend performing a clean uninstall, as that's a more thorough removal of the app from your device.
