Enable background activity

Hi folks have spotify on android. Keeps asking me to activaye the background activity permission and takes me to the settings but no options to change anything.

now the app wont work if my phone screen locks or i move away from the app for a few minutes. Can any one help

According to this the option seems to be under Settings > Apps and Notifications > App info > Spotify > Battery > Background activity
