Music in app is TOO QUIET- comparing to other apps on Android

My Question or Issue

Hello, Can You please explain why it is not solved yet ? 

I am using spotify android app for quite some time. On a different devices and Android OS. 

Since i am using spotify on mobile devices there is noticible difference between volume on spotify and other apps. even turning off "normalize sound" or turning it on in a "loud" setting do not bring expected results. 

I Should mention about Equaliser as well - normally equaliser should cut or boost frequencies, but in app eq when its turned on and all bars are raised to the top it is still quieter than without any eq enabled. this is not normal.

I can see that many persons are complaining about this issues. Are there any plans to fix loudness issue on spotify app ?

EDIT. I have checked today iPhone app as well. Could You please explain why problem is occuring on all mobile devices ? What is the reason of this issue and why it is not fixed already ?
