Music on Android Phone Glitching

Hi, I have an issue when playing music on my spotify app on my android phone. Every 10 - 15 seconds there seems to be a glitch, it makes kind of "wrrr" noise (sorry its really hard to describe)

I figured out that if I reset the app so I no longer have any downloaded songs it stops but as soon as I download any songs again it's back! It's making it really hard to listen to music on the go (and kind of pointless to have a premium account)

I'm not sure what to do at this point, I can either never download songs on the app or listen with this constant glitching noise in every song

Does anyone have a solution?
