Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

First up, it's a good idea to exclude the app from any Battery optimization software that might be active on your smartphone. Also, double-check that Spotify has the permissions to run in the background.

Additionally, if you have camera sound toggled on, try toggling it off to see if that does the trick.
