Music wont download

Dose anyone know why my music wint download. All the arrows appear nest to each song but thats all that happens?

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to download your content? 

If so, could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? We'd also like to know if this happens with all playlists/albums or only with a specific one. 

Lastly, sending us a screenshot of what you see on your end would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
