My Spotify account is saying it is currently offline by my phone is connect

My Spotify account is saying it is currently offline by my phone is connect

My phone is connected to our WiFi and I don't remember setting it to offline I have uninstalled the app and also switched my Internet off and also my phone but nothing is helping the situation change

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. Kudos for already trying some troubleshoting steps!

 

If you haven't already, could you test with a different internet connection to see if that'll change anything? Since you're using Wifi, then you can switch to mobile data.

 

I also recommend making sure offline mode is disabled and clearing any corrupted cached files on your phone as they can cause performance issues.

 

If there's no change and to check if it's maybe a device or internet-related issue, it'd be great if you could also log into your account on another device.

My Spotify account tells me that I'm in offline mode, even though I haven't activated this option in the settings. As a result, I can't listen to my music using my mobile data, which is very problematic.
