My account got reset

I came home from work today and discovered that my whole account was reset to the state it was in years ago. I have been offline for the whole day and when I got back online I was kicked out of my premium account, all my playlists were deleted and all my music was gone. I checked my account and now I'm back to premium but I only have two playlists that I created three years ago and deleted them a month later. I also checked my "playlist recovery" page and it said that none of my playlists were deleted. I would really like all my music back and im pretty pissed off because a few of my playlists were very long and had some music in them that is very important to me... I hope either you guys, or spotify of course, can help me restore this. (To be clear, I did NOT push the "reset" button, my account has just been reset to an earlier state).
