My account keeps switching to online. I set it to offline and then boom

Keep setting to offline mode. All my songs are downloaded and then I find out it automatically switches to online and is using my data

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

  • Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
  • Does the issue persist when using a different account?
