My device wouldn't play offline

My phone device wouldn't play offline, and I have deleted all devices that I had. I have had this problem now for my first month of member as premium.

Presumably you followed the steps in this article to download music for offline listening. Do the downloaded tracks have a green arrow to the left? So you get any error messages when you download or try to play music in offline mode?

It will download, but it want take the premium on my phone, but I have it on my PC. So I don`t get the option "play offline" under the Shuffle menu. I have deleted all devices and logged in again. I tried to delete the app and instal it again, still no premium on my phone, but it doesn`t say free either ???
