My Question or Issue

When I try to re-download them it says: "You have Discovered a Premium Feature" 

I have had Premium for about 5 years, never broke the subscription, and on my account info page it says I have premium and my pament was received and the next payment isn't due until the 30th of May. 

The app is up to date.

So seeing as I'm not getting benefits of a premium subscription, do I get a refund for the time I am without premium?
