Hi there

My phone app stopped working. It says I am offline.

I was able to send a link to my email address to listen for a few hours. This stopped working too. When I click on the link it says the link has expired (not true). My app says that it is offline and that I need to resync. I've tried going online to remove my phone. I've tried re-adding it using the web portal. It doesn't pick it up when I click on the app on my phone and try resync it. Its been a nightmare trying to figure this out alone. You guys need to make it easier for a premium member to get help when they need it please.
