My phone keeps restarting whenever i listen to songs from spotify.

It started 2 days ago and it still hasn't stopped. The phone samsung a52s 5g just goes blank and restarts on its own if i have spotify running on the background. I brought the premium and its still happening please help.

I have the same phone and the same issue. I also use Spotify premium (for like 8 years) I cannot use my phone when I have spotify installed......

As a first step, we'd recommend going through your phone's settings and making sure that the Spotify is allowed to run in the background and is generally excluded in any battery- or memory-optimizing services.

If that doesn't help, it's a good idea to check if the same thing happens when using a different account and/or the web player.

Lastly, please send us your exact Spotify app version so we can try to reproduce the issue on our end.
