My phone refuses to download playlists/songs/content

My phone refuses to download playlists/songs/content

My Question or Issue

I have 3 devices in total, 2 of my devices downloads content as they should, but in my main phone whenever I try to download content it loads and just doesn't continue. I have premium as well so this is really confusing and my 2 devices doesn't have an issue with this. Please help it's getting annoying.

First up, it'd be really helpful to know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve the situation. If you haven't, we recommend starting by clearing the cache app by going to Spotify > Settings > Storage > Clear cache. Once done, restart the app and try downloading your music again. If that doesn't help, then it's best to clean reinstall the app with these steps. No worries, you won't lose any content.

 

If nothing helps, send over a screenshot of how the app behaves once you start downloading the music, and let us know the Spotify version you have installed.
