My playlists don't show up on android

My playlists don't show up on android

My Question or Issue None of my playlists show up on the android app and also there are no songs to play when I click on an album. Can someone help?

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community!

 

There can be different reasons for why you don't see your playlists in the Android app, so let's see what can be causing this. 

 

First, could you let us know if you're able to see your playlists, as well as songs in albums on another device? I recommend that you log out > back in twice in a row on the Android device and to make sure that you're using the correct credentials.

 

There's the possibility that you're logged in to another account if you don't see the playlists in Your Library, so just to be on the safe side, you can also check out this article for info on how to find out if you have another Spotify account. 

 

If the playlists and album songs still don't appear, this may be a device-related issue and you can give the app a clean reinstall if you've not already done this with the steps here.
