My Question or Issue

I've just switched from ios iPhone to a new hauewi phone on android I had playlists on my old iphone downloaded offline that would download tracks in seconds no issues, now I've installed Spotify on my new phone with masses of storage and everything is up to date and it's taken 9 hours to download 16 songs! What the **bleep**? I've restarted and all the usual,  My son is still on ios on my family account and that is running just fine as I've just downloaded a whole. New playlist on his phone in minutes so why is android lagging so badly? I've thousands of songs and fast broadband speed with 100gb of free memory but the fact I'm paying for the downland service I can't even get is pretty pants! What is the solution SPOTIFY?
