My Question or Issue

Is there a way to either revert the layout back to how it used to be (with the "Done" button), or increase the grabbable target area to swipe down the list? Swiping down to remove the Playlists page after youre done selecting is inordinantly difficult. A mm too high and you pull down the system controls for brightness and notifications, but a mm too low and it doesnt activate. I feel like this wasnt tested enough. I've havent felt like this much of a caveman with giant thumbs since my iPhone 6

Hi, @SmoreBore,

Thanks for reaching out!

I just tested with my Asus phone running Andorid 11 and I wasn't able to reproduce this behavior, so the issue with swiping might be isolated to your particular device's manufacturer/OS version. We appreciate the feedback in any case!

In order to dig deeper, would you mind sharing the exact version of Spotify you have along with a short screen recording which captures the described behavior in action so we can take a direct look at what's happening on your end? Just make sure to cover any sensitive info such as your email or username.

If you're unable to attach the file here in your reply, you can instead use a cloud service like Google Drive and share it (just make sure it's available to anyone with the link) or upload it on YouTube as an unlisted video.

Keep us posted on this. Cheers 🤘

I'm having the same issue - now very difficult to grab and swipe back down after adding a track to other playlists. Very frustrating. I've got a Pixel 8a and the latest version of Spotify

Thanks for joining the thread, @chats2k.

We'd like to investigate further. Would you mind sharing how things look on your end via a short screen recording, as requested above? Highlighting where exactly the area that seems to be causing the issue is located would be greatly appreciated!

We'll be on the lookout for your reply 👍.

I experience the same issue.  I've attached a screenshot to display the problem.

When in full screen "now playing" mode, when you select "Like" the "add to Playlist" window pops up.

This window requires the user to drag the bar on top, downwards to close the list after selection.

This action requires a very slim area to drag.  The area is so small, it usually results in the user dragging down their notification bar instead of closing the Playlist window.

I see this being a problem for all phones that have a perpetual notification bar.

Please add a "done" button back to the bottom of the pop up when adding new playlists. I can never grab the top of the window right to close it amd end up getting my phone menu.

Please move the "add to other paylist" option higher in the list so I don't have to scroll through every other choice that I rarely use to get to that one (most used)
