New Samsung not playing my spotify only

My Question or Issue

I just bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy S24FE and everything else with sound is working fine except for Spotify. I have a premium plan and haven't had this issue before. Everything i go to click on something to play it, the loading screen says "Sorry something went wrong. Please check your connection and try again." I've updated my phone and the app, restarted my phone, turn my wifi and data on and off, and cleared the cache. Nothing is working. Ive checked to make sure im not on offline mode. Please help me access my audio books and music! I've been with Spotify for 10+ years.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! Kudos for already trying some troubleshooting on your own.

To make sure we cover all bases, could you double-check if all permissions are enabled for Spotify? This can usually be found via the device settings.

It's also worth checking if you have enough data allowance, which can be checked in the device settings as well. Your internet/data provider should be able to help too,

Shouldn't this do the trick, it's worth trying a clean reinstall of the app and giving another internet connection a shot, if you haven't already
