New horrible and disturbing advertising on the top of the screen

A disgusting and not removable banner advertising a podcast appears at the top of my screen, completely unrelated to any of my listening activity or taste!

I am PAYING not to have any kind of ads on my page,you can't force me to have**bleep**! It's a disgrace that Spotify India doesn't even have for example CALIFORNICATION by red hot chili peppers (shame on you!) But if you force me to see something I don't like, I will remove my membership and request a refund.
