I recently got a new phone and it was a Samsung instead of Apple and I downloaded spotify but it deleed every download I've had since I've gotten premium and it won' let me save anything

Any music you want available offline must be downloaded to the new phone but I'm not sure that's what you meant.

If you mean that your playlists are missing as well as music you saved to your library and your premium, the chances are that you have logged in with the wrong credentials and created a new, empty account.
